To make delicious Wagyu Sukiyaki, sear 300g thinly sliced MAKOTO Wagyu beef. Add sliced onion, Napa cabbage, shiitake and enoki mushrooms, tofu, and green onion. Pour a sauce of soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and dashi over everything. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Serve with rice.
