About delivery date

Dear foods ships within 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed. (Business days: Monday to Friday)

In addition, when ordering frozen food, in order to prevent non-delivery on weekends, we will ship it between Tuesday and Thursday and will arrive between 9:00 and 18:00 the next day. (Using DPD Express)

About shipping fee

For customers who only order room temperature food, we offer free delivery on orders over 50 EUR.

*Our shipping costs will be increased on domestic orders as follows, effective from Mon. 19.06.2023: 

Over 70 EUR →　Free delivery

Up to 70 EUR→　5,99 EUR

This increase is being made to meet corresponding increasing the shipping industry and so on. Thank you for your understanding.

Customers ordering frozen food will be packed for freezing and sent by DPD Express (arrives by 18:00 the day after shipment). Shipping charges for frozen products include freezing (dry ice) such as ice packs and packaging materials such as Styrofoam.

Frozen foods are those products with "Frozen" at the beginning of the product name. (If you add a product labeled "Frozen" to your cart, the shipping fee for freezing will automatically be displayed on the payment screen.)
